従来のホルダーでは安定した密着度と圧力が得られないため定量的な再現性において不完全な結果となっていました。新製品”エスアイ･チェッカーは新開発のユニークな加圧プレス機構と特別な結晶により容易に良好な結果が得られ、再現性の高いシリコンウェハーの表面測定が行えます。大型のステージによりウェハーを切断などすることなく測定が行えますので、測定までの準備が必要ありません。ほとんど全てのFT-IRへの取付けが可能です。
